Cabernet sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot.
The farm, run by owner Michela with precious help of parent Pilade and Franca, make wine with passion using the grapes from the 2002 harvest. An excellent Etra Virgin Olive Oil is also produced.
Thinning of the ripe grapes; production of 1,5 kg va/ceppo. Selection of the grapes on the vine, gathered manually in small boxes. Maceration of the skin for 12 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°/30°C. Malolattica and elevage fermentation in french oak barrels for about 4 months.
Colour: intense ruby red. Perfume: fruity with hints of spice. Balanced, amp and noted with a good tannic structure.
