Techinical notes: Manual harvesting with grape selection in small boxes , fermentation at controlled temperature 16/18°C , the wine is refined in steel vats at 8°C.
Tasting notes : Light yellow colour , fresh elegant wine with a great spiciness and minerality. Varetial notes of yellow flowers and Mediterranean wood herbs.
